PITCHING - CERTIFIED TINCHER INSTRUCTOR
Kristie Spielman-Phillip
Kristie Spielman-Phillip is a former Division I Softball Pitcher out of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Kristie was ranked 15th in the nation her freshman year after coming off a dazzling high school record of 42-0 for West Chicago High School. She is also a Certified Tincher Instructor since 2020, which is a developmental method of teaching pitching to athletes and competitors.
Kristie’s passion for the sport of softball, and the human movement behind the art of pitching, led Kristie to further her studies in the field of Physical Therapy after receiving her BA in Exercise Science. Kristie’s background includes 18 years working in an outpatient orthopedic setting as a clinical Therapist. Kristie has completed extensive continuing education courses for the treatment of sports related injuries in the young athlete, specializing in the throwing athlete. Kristie has been trained to analyze the biomechanics of the pitching motion and provide feedback on functional movement/mobility/stability/ and strengthening through sport specific drills and exercises to help her pitchers achieve their goals.
Kristie has been a Pitching Instructor for over 20+ years providing private and group lessons. Kristie sees clients in Geneva/Elburn, IL.
Kristie lives in Geneva, IL with her husband, 2 children, and 2 family dogs.

Heather Harner
Heather Harner played softball at the varsity level for 4 years receiving all area and all conference awards at Kaneland High School. She continued her playing career with a D1 scholarship to UMKC. After graduation, Heather started coaching and became a full-time private hitting instructor in 2011 for All American Softball and founded Heather Harner Training. She has dedicated her life to helping girls become the best version of themselves on and off the field. She works hard to create a comfortable environment for young female athletes to work hard, learn failure, and become confident.

Hannah Theobald
Hannah Theobald played varsity softball at Kaneland High School for 4 years. During her high school career she had 2 state appearances. She received all conference, all area, and all state her senior year. She continued playing division 3 softball at the college level for a year. She then went onto continue her college journey as a student and earned a degree in Nutrition Dietetics and Wellness. During her college years, she started private lessons and coached a season at Kaneland High School. She is now a full time hitting instructor and strives to provide a positive environment for her hitters to instill confidence and thrive on and off the field.
